Join a global mobile game company in Herzliya as a Bookkeeper on a nine-month maternity leave replacement contract. The role focuses on accounts payable, vendor records, reconciliations, payments, and financial controls.
Responsabilidades
- Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders
- Prepare payments before the pre-payment stage according to internal guidelines
- Create and maintain vendor records in the ERP system
- Communicate with suppliers and reconcile vendor statements monthly
- Collaborate with Procurement and FP&A teams
- Support SOX-compliant internal controls and documentation
- Assist with audits and financial reporting
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of accounts payable or vendor bookkeeping experience
- Type 2 bookkeeping certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Se valora
- Experience with SOX or internal control frameworks
- Type 3 bookkeeping certification
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- VAT compliance experience for non-Israeli entities
- German language skills
