A fintech company is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to manage day-to-day accounting and statutory reporting for its Israeli entity while supporting group consolidation and budgeting across international operations.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the monthly close, including working papers, accruals, and analytical procedures.
- Own cash management for the Israeli entity, including bank accounts, payments, cash positioning, and weekly cash-flow reporting.
- Prepare tax and statutory reports and coordinate audit support and working papers.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and prepare monthly transfer-pricing calculations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and group monthly consolidated financial statements across UK, Israel, and US entities.
- Oversee bookkeeping accuracy and statutory reporting.
- Manage vendor payment cycles and enforce financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and review vendor agreements from a financial perspective.
- Support ad hoc finance projects and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
Requisitos
- Certified Public Accountant qualification from a Big Four firm.
- At least two years of post-internship experience in a private or public company, or senior-level experience at a Big Four firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel and office software skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
