A global performance advertising technology company is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller for its Tel Aviv finance team. The role supports global accounting operations, financial reporting, SEC compliance, audits, internal controls, and complex revenue transactions while collaborating with FP
Responsabilidades
- Support consolidated and standalone financial statement preparation
- Coordinate SEC-compliant reporting and GAAP filing documentation
- Execute quarterly and annual close processes
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors
- Maintain accounting policies and monitor SOX internal controls
- Review trading deals and revenue streams under ASC 606
- Manage Workiva reporting and accounting treatment for SEC filings
- Oversee and mentor regional accounting teams
- Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations on reporting and expense management
Requisitos
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 718, ASC 606, and ASC 260
- SEC reporting experience and knowledge of requirements
- Experience working with offshore subsidiaries
- Strong English communication skills
