Responsabilidades
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analyze business performance
- Review balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements for accuracy and compliance
- Oversee accounts payable, invoice posting, approval workflows, and supplier payments
- Manage general accounting activities covering banks, payroll, provisions, and fixed assets
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and treasury operations
- Manage credit control and collections and report on receivables and customer risk
- Prepare and submit VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain electronic accounting ledgers and optimize accounting processes
- Lead the annual external audit and coordinate with auditors
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial analyses
- Maintain relationships with subsidiaries, banks, auditors, advisors, and authorities
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance
- Experience working with external auditors and financial institutions
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
