Own financial reporting and accounting processes for the Israel operation, working closely with US teams and supporting consolidated reporting. This hybrid role requires regular attendance at the Tel Aviv office.
Responsabilidades
- Manage local, US, and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
- Review financial statements and trend analyses for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local regulations, US GAAP, and internal policies.
- Ensure account balances are reconciled and financial results are prepared on time.
- Coordinate external auditors, quarterly reviews where applicable, and annual audits; support compliance and audits for entities in Israel and Taiwan.
- Oversee accounting activities including billing, operations, and reporting.
- Coordinate local payroll processing and tax filings with HR and external providers.
- Maintain accounting documentation for legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Prepare US GAAP management reporting and consolidated reporting support, including monthly general-ledger upload files or coordination with outsourced bookkeeping.
- Develop financial policies and procedures and ensure local compliance with global policies.
Requisitos
- CPA with Big Four experience
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 or more years as an in-house controller or manager
- Experience managing accounting at an international company reporting to US headquarters
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Graduate of a leading university
- Strong spoken and written English
