Senior Product Engineer (AI-Native)

Own product features end to end in a fully remote role, using AI coding agents as primary development partners. You will make technical and product decisions, review AI-generated work, and deliver reliable production systems as an individual contributor.
Responsabilidades
- Own features from problem definition through development, testing, deployment, and production.
- Identify product needs and drive initiatives forward independently.
- Coordinate with external providers, review their documentation, and define technical integration requirements.
- Create product and technical specifications with AI agents while maintaining accountability for accuracy and quality.
- Delegate development tasks to AI agents and critically assess, debug, and refine their output in a complex production codebase.
- Validate features, particularly the reliability and correctness of systems handling financial transactions.
- Own architecture, integrations, deployment, reliability, and production readiness for assigned features.
- Contribute to and improve the team's AI-first engineering practices.
Requisitos
- Senior-level engineering experience owning complex production systems end to end, including architecture, reliability, deployment, and integrations.
- Background in backend engineering, software architecture, or a comparable technical individual-contributor role.
- Extensive hands-on use of AI coding agents as a primary part of daily development.
- Experience integrating with external service providers.
- Strong engineering judgment, testing practices, and focus on reliability and production readiness.
- Able to work independently amid ambiguity and make product and technical decisions without detailed specifications.
- Strong product mindset and ability to connect technical decisions to user and business outcomes.
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration with a distributed international team.
- Comfortable in a hands-on individual-contributor role without people-management responsibilities.
