Lead an existing development team while remaining involved in technical decisions and hands-on work when needed. The role focuses on team guidance, quality, and the development process.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and provide technical and professional guidance to a development team.
- Review and approve specifications and requirements for feasibility and quality before development begins.
- Contribute hands-on to complex problems and help unblock the team as needed.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold quality and development best practices.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Interview and technically evaluate developer candidates alongside recruitment.
- Collaborate with other development teams and departmental stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of development experience.
- Strong background in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a development team, including code review and mentoring.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience using AI tools in daily development work.
