Responsabilidades
- Lead engineering projects for complex client engagements and design scalable backend and full-stack applications.
- Work with client technical stakeholders and leaders to translate business objectives into resilient system designs.
- Integrate AI development environments and agentic workflows into engineering processes.
- Provide technical direction, review code, and mentor engineers on software quality, reliability, and security.
- Guide projects from initial discovery through mission-critical deployment.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of hands-on backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript skills and familiarity with modern backend architectures.
- Experience building and maintaining production systems using AI developer workflows and tools.
- Experience designing and deploying AI agents and autonomous LLM-powered applications.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
