Build internal tools and automations for operational teams. Own solutions from process discovery and scoping through development, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing support.
Responsabilidades
- Work with logistics, inventory, retail store, e-commerce, and internal teams to understand workflows and bottlenecks.
- Identify and prioritize automation and efficiency opportunities by business impact.
- Design, build, and deploy internal web applications, dashboards, workflow automations, and scripts.
- Integrate tools with systems such as ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms using APIs, databases, and files.
- Prototype, gather user feedback, and iterate on solutions.
- Own development, deployment, training, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support business users.
- Create reusable components and collaborate with integration, DevOps, and data teams on shared infrastructure and standards.
- Use AI and automation tools where they can save time, and document solutions, data flows, and usage guides.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, automation, or a technical role working directly with business users.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building internal tools, web applications, or automations from requirements through production.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and relational databases.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills, including working with non-technical users.
