Lead and mentor developers while owning the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development from requirements through production.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and guide the development team.
- Own technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Develop plugins, workflows, APIs, integrations, and backend services.
- Set development standards, conduct code reviews, and support delivery processes.
- Collaborate with business, product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
- Experience leading or technically guiding developers.
- Strong C# and .NET experience.
- Experience with Dynamics plugins, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Platform.
- Experience designing technical solutions and system integrations.
Se valora
- Experience with PCF controls.
- Knowledge of React, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure, ETL, CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
