Lead a team of 3–4 developers, combining technical guidance and mentoring with hands-on development of internal CRM systems for employee benefit programs.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of a team of 3–4 developers.
- Remain hands-on in development, spending approximately 30% of the role coding and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Review technical specifications and requirements for feasibility and quality before development.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and promote development best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Participate in technical interviews and developer recruitment.
- Improve team performance, development processes, and code quality.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET/.NET, and SQL.
- At least 1–2 years of team leadership, or significant senior-level technical leadership experience that includes code reviews and mentoring.
- Recent hands-on coding experience, including active development within the past two years.
- Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and providing technical guidance.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience using AI development tools in daily work.
