Lead the architecture and delivery of AI-based solutions for data-center networking, including intelligent troubleshooting, predictive resilience, optimization, and AIOps.
Responsabilidades
- Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled data-center management solutions.
- Lead solutions involving LLM-based troubleshooting, predictive resilience, AIOps, black-box optimization, and performance tuning.
- Scope AI/ML workflows with engineering and reliability teams.
- Drive integration of AI capabilities into system architecture and engineering processes.
- Identify opportunities for failure management, automated troubleshooting, performance improvement, and resource optimization.
- Translate system behavior, dependencies, data, and operational constraints into research problems.
- Coordinate with researchers, product managers, architects, data engineers, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Ph.D. in electrical engineering, machine learning, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of technical experience in high-performance network architecture, data-center networking, or distributed-systems design.
- Mastery of InfiniBand and/or advanced Ethernet architectures.
- Significant experience leading AI/ML initiatives involving LLMs, agents, deep learning, black-box optimization, or related technologies.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, networking hardware, and system architecture.
- Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to technical stakeholders and management.
- Demonstrated collaboration with hands-on engineering teams.
Se valora
- Experience architecting and deploying multi-thousand-node GPU clusters in hyperscale cloud environments.
- Knowledge of BlueField DPUs, Quantum InfiniBand switches, and Spectrum Ethernet platforms.
- Expertise in in-network computing, telemetry, adaptive routing, and telemetry-driven network optimization.
