Lead research and development of networking systems for large-scale distributed AI training and inference. Design, simulate, and validate architectures that connect software and hardware across GPU clusters.
Responsabilidades
- Research and develop end-to-end networking solutions for distributed AI training and inference at scale
- Improve job completion time, resilience, telemetry, scheduling, and placement
- Analyze deployed systems, build prototypes, and recommend architectural improvements
- Track emerging networking research and technologies
- Design, simulate, and validate scalable systems with a network simulator
- Develop and test prototypes on large GPU clusters
- Work with hardware, firmware, and software teams to turn concepts into product features
- Publish patents and present research at conferences
Requisitos
- Master’s or doctoral degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with research experience and publications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of networking and communications, including NCCL, RDMA, congestion control, and routing
- Strong C++ and/or Python software engineering skills
- System-level design and problem-solving skills
