Lead a development team responsible for the architecture, development, release, and support of customer service systems built with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage a development team, including planning work, assigning tasks, and tracking delivery.
- Define solution architecture and prepare technical design documents.
- Oversee development lifecycle activities, including code reviews, system upgrades, release management, and production deployments.
- Maintain and support production systems, including incident management.
- Promote adoption of new technologies and improve development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a Practical Software Engineering diploma or other relevant professional education.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a development team of five or more people.
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience creating technical design documents for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Development experience with Angular, Vue.js, React, .NET, and C#.
- Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and Microsoft Azure.
