Join a small software team as its first QA engineer, owning product quality and building testing practices and infrastructure from the ground up. The role covers a web platform used by customers in Israel and internationally, with cloud and on-premise deployments.
Responsabilidades
- Write test plans and cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing; lead customer user acceptance testing.
- Build and expand UI and API test automation.
- Test LLM systems, including output quality, consistency, hallucinations, guardrails, and policy enforcement.
- Test integrations such as SSO/Keycloak, MCP, WhatsApp Cloud API, Moodle/LTI, and customer systems.
- Report, track, and follow bugs through resolution.
- Participate in releases and test cloud and on-premise environments.
Requisitos
- 1–3 years of QA experience with software products, such as web or SaaS.
- Experience writing test cases and using a bug-tracking system such as Jira.
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman and REST.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent written and spoken English for direct work with international customers.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to an early-stage startup.
Se valora
- Test automation with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress; Pytest experience.
- Python experience.
- Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions or other CI/CD, and AWS.
- Experience testing AI, LLM, or chatbot products.
- Familiarity with enterprise environments and information-security processes.
