Own end-to-end quality across web and mobile applications, backend services, integrations, tracking systems and data flows. Lead the QA team while remaining approximately 70% hands-on.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute QA strategy, including regression coverage, release gates, risk management and production validation.
- Build and evolve automation infrastructure across frontend, backend and system-level flows.
- Partner with Engineering and DevOps on CI/CD, deployments, environments and release stability.
- Turn product requirements into testable tasks and identify gaps, edge cases and risks.
- Lead and mentor the QA team; make technical and managerial decisions on quality standards, tooling and release readiness.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of hands-on QA experience across frontend, backend, APIs and integrations.
- At least 4 years of hands-on test automation experience, including building and maintaining scalable frameworks.
- At least 2 years leading QA teams with delivery accountability.
- Strong ownership, structured thinking and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
