Responsabilidades
- Lead and track technical tasks from definition through closure.
- Support NPI and manufacturing engineers with the execution side of projects.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, procurement, quality, operations, and other local and international stakeholders.
- Track tasks and dependencies during NPI and the transition from development to serial production.
- Monitor engineering changes, drawings, bills of materials, engineering change orders, and production releases.
- Track tooling, fixtures, materials, and production-readiness activities.
- Advance quality and manufacturing issues with the relevant stakeholders and follow them through closure.
- Manage multiple tasks in parallel, identify blockers and delays, and escalate issues when needed.
Requisitos
- Required diploma as a Practical Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
- Approximately three years of experience in manufacturing, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or a relevant technical role.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical information.
- Good Excel skills.
- Very good English for ongoing work with international stakeholders and overseas manufacturers.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple changing tasks independently.
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately and influence stakeholders without direct managerial authority.
Se valora
- Experience with NPI, BOMs, ECOs, PLM or ERP systems, and quality processes.
- Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers.
