Responsabilidades
- Provide ongoing engineering support to manufacturing
- Solve product and process problems
- Support the development of new product families through reverse engineering
- Lead engineering projects with manufacturing, quality, operations, and sales
- Improve and standardize manufacturing processes
- Prepare and use process documentation, including routing cards, control plans, and FMEA
- Work with engineering tools and systems such as Autodesk Inventor and CMM
- Use AI, Cursor, and automation tools to develop solutions that improve and shorten workflows
- Collaborate with sales teams globally and with the company’s plant in Serbia
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of engineering experience
- High-level Hebrew and English
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead tasks from start to finish
- Technical curiosity and a practical approach
- Ability to collaborate across diverse organizational interfaces
- Strong orientation toward AI tools and willingness to learn development-based tools
Se valora
- Experience in a manufacturing plant or direct work with a production floor
- Experience in product engineering or process engineering
- Russian language skills
- Experience with reverse engineering
- Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor, CMM, routing cards, control plans, or FMEA
- Interest in AI and development tools for process automation
