Responsabilidades
- Own technical and manufacturing tasks from definition through execution and closure
- Support NPI and manufacturing engineers with project execution and operational activities
- Manage multiple tasks, dependencies, stakeholders, and progress tracking
- Coordinate with engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, Procurement, Quality, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
- Follow up with overseas and contract manufacturers on execution, production readiness, open issues, and corrective actions
- Support NPI and product transfer through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production
- Track engineering changes, ECO/MCO processes, BOMs, drawings, and manufacturing documentation releases
- Drive tooling, fixture, material, and other manufacturing dependencies
- Track and close manufacturing and quality issues
- Identify blockers, engage stakeholders, and escalate delays when needed
- Use Excel, PLM, and ERP systems to manage tasks, information, and processes
Requisitos
- Mechanical Engineering Technician diploma
- Approximately 3 years of experience in manufacturing, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and technical requirements
- Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D mechanical drawings
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools
- Very good English communication skills for meetings with overseas manufacturers and global stakeholders
- Willingness to work with teams and partners in Asia and work additional hours when required
- Initiative, ownership, independence, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Se valora
- Experience with NPI and product transfer from development to manufacturing
- Familiarity with ECO/MCO processes, BOMs, and PLM/ERP systems
- Experience with tooling, fixtures, quality processes, and manufacturing problem-solving
- Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, or contract manufacturers
