Responsabilidades
- Translate customer requirements into practical composite-material production processes
- Design molds, jigs, and tooling using SolidWorks or comparable CAD software
- Lead design reviews
- Write detailed work instructions
- Provide real-time engineering solutions to support production
- Support new product introduction from development through full production
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in mechanical CAD software; SolidWorks experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing production environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
