A global defense technology company is seeking a junior Mechanical Design Engineer or recent Mechanical Engineering graduate to join its multidisciplinary R&D and engineering team in Jerusalem. The role is full-time and suitable for candidates with strong SolidWorks skills.
Responsabilidades
- Design precision mechanical systems, enclosures, and electronic packaging.
- Design cabling, wiring, connectors, and mechanical interfaces.
- Prepare manufacturing files, detailed drawings, and assembly documentation.
- Provide hands-on engineering support for assembly and testing.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate with electronics, manufacturing, procurement teams, and external suppliers.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a Mechanical Practical Engineer qualification.
- Hands-on SolidWorks design proficiency.
- Knowledge or experience in electronic packaging and PCB enclosure design.
- Good technical English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and collaborative working skills.
Se valora
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary systems, cabling, and system interfaces.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Priority.
- Experience with vacuum or gas systems.
