Provide engineering support for military aircraft assembly and production lines. Resolve manufacturing issues, design structural parts and assemblies, and develop aircraft system installation solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Support aircraft assembly and production lines with engineering expertise.
- Resolve manufacturing defects and issues affecting aircraft structural components.
- Guide proposed solutions through assembly lines until completion.
- Design parts and assemblies made from different materials, including 3D-printed components.
- Design aircraft system installations while addressing strength, weight, power, cooling, EMI, and other engineering considerations.
- Communicate with customers to obtain approval and demonstrate proposed solutions.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience designing aircraft structures.
- Knowledge of aircraft structures and installations.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft structure and installation drawings.
- Proficiency with CAD software.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to communicate with engineering organizations.
- Ability to provide rapid engineering solutions and work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Se valora
- Experience designing aerospace structures.
- Knowledge of Siemens NX.
- Familiarity with metal-part manufacturing and 3D printing technologies and processes.
