Responsabilidades
- Develop, test, and implement automated assembly solutions for future products
- Design and optimize automatic assembly lines for high-precision CT detector modules
- Integrate and fine-tune die attach and epoxy or solder dispensing processes in R&D and pilot-line environments
- Provide design-for-manufacturing input during product design reviews
- Benchmark and test manufacturing technologies and equipment
- Plan and execute design-of-experiments activities
- Characterize processes and document results to support medical regulatory requirements
Requisitos
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics
- At least 7 years of experience in detector assembly process development
- Experience with automatic assembly systems
- Practical experience with die attach and epoxy or adhesive dispensing
- Strong understanding of design for manufacturing and design for assembly principles
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Analytical approach and ability to collaborate on long-term R&D projects
