Serve as the in-house automation and robotics specialist for a physical AI product. Evaluate technical content, guide product decisions, and structure automation knowledge for accurate real-world use.
Responsabilidades
- Evaluate industrial automation and robotics content in tickets, responses, and project-scoping outputs
- Identify inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic technical information
- Provide automation and robotics input to product roadmap decisions
- Plan and structure automation knowledge using ontologies, categories, and relationships
- Review knowledge-graph edge cases, gaps, and errors and help resolve them
- Collaborate with AI engineering, data science, and product teams
- Act as the internal automation and robotics subject-matter expert
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial automation or robotics, including equivalent hands-on military or company experience
- Relevant degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
- Hands-on exposure to one or more areas such as controls, motion, safety, sensing, mobile robotics, or I/O
- Ability to work with structured data and technical content
- Strong curiosity and judgment when investigating how systems work
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Early-career profile suited to a mid-level role
Se valora
- Applications engineering experience, including scoping, specifying, or supporting automation projects
- Experience with industrial robotics, robotic work cells, cell integration, or arm programming
- Familiarity with automation and robotics platforms or suppliers such as Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, MiR, Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, Omron, Cognex, Keyence, SICK, Pilz, SMC, or Festo
- Exposure to AI tools or interest in how AI products are built
