Lead the transition of hardware products from R&D through prototype development to mass production, supporting manufacturing operations and contract manufacturers.
Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end new product introduction process from prototype through mass production.
- Analyze production feedback, including DFM and DFA findings, and drive engineering issue resolution with R&D teams.
- Manage configuration control, including part-number creation and BOM management in ERP and PLM systems.
- Lead Engineering Change Orders across R&D and manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages for local and offshore contract manufacturers.
- Lead product transfers to contract manufacturers, including production readiness, process implementation, and ongoing support.
- Define Acceptance Test Procedures with R&D teams.
- Support sustaining manufacturing products and activities.
Requisitos
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in NPI or Manufacturing Engineering in a high-tech hardware environment.
- Experience leading product transfers from development to production.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams.
- Experience with NetSuite and PLM systems.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Strong systems thinking, independence, organization, and attention to detail.
