Customer-focused engineering role supporting semiconductor process applications, recipe optimization, equipment qualification, testing, and technical solutions for global customers.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, optimize, and document process recipes to meet product and customer specifications
- Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions
- Conduct application testing and validation activities
- Support customers remotely and onsite during qualification, implementation, and ramp-up
- Collaborate with research, product, and process engineering teams to troubleshoot issues
- Prepare technical documentation, application notes, reports, and customer-facing materials
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
Requisitos
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering, materials science, application engineering, or a related technical discipline
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience developing or optimizing process recipes in semiconductor, thin-film, materials processing, or related industries
- Experience with process equipment and tool qualification activities
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent technical writing abilities
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and technical problem-solving methods
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and customer engagements
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
