Based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, this role develops and validates power and performance optimization strategies for network fabrics, NICs, switches, and large-scale data center, HPC, and AI systems.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, model, and validate power and performance optimization techniques for network fabrics, NICs, switches, and systems
- Collaborate with silicon design, system architecture, software and firmware, performance, thermal, and AI teams
- Define strategies balancing network performance and power efficiency
- Analyze system-level power and performance trade-offs and support high-quality designs
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in network architecture, design, or performance analysis
- Understanding of power consumption in network hardware and systems
- Experience designing networks for data centers, HPC environments, or AI clusters
- Knowledge of Ethernet, InfiniBand, RoCE, TCP/IP, and their effects on performance and efficiency
- Expertise in network performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and tuning
- Familiarity with the network demands of AI and machine learning workloads
Se valora
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with system-level power and performance trade-off analysis
- Power modeling or measurement experience for network components and systems
- Network simulation tools such as ns-3 or OMNeT++
- Performance modeling frameworks
- Understanding of silicon-level power characteristics and optimization
