An engineering and systems manufacturing organization is seeking a mechanical engineer to design, develop, integrate, and optimize robotic automation systems and production lines.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems and robotic production lines
- Integrate robots, fixtures, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment
- Define engineering concepts for robotic cells
- Design fixtures, grippers, and mechanisms for robotic applications
- Program industrial robots and implement automated workflows
- Commission, calibrate, and optimize automated production lines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, controls, and system integration issues
- Prepare engineering documents, specifications, and technical documentation
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical and electronics engineering
- At least 3–5 years of experience leading integration of robotic systems or automated production lines
- Field troubleshooting experience for mechanical, controls, and integration issues
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo
- Understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, sensors, and actuators
- Advanced technical English
Se valora
- Mechanical design experience for automation fixtures and mechanisms
- Industrial robot programming with ABB, FANUC, KUKA, or Universal Robots
- Robotic simulation experience with RoboDK, Process Simulate, or RobotStudio
- Experience designing end effectors and grippers
- Experience with industrial vision systems
- Familiarity with safety standards for robotic systems
