Join a Product and Test Engineering team developing and owning semiconductor IC test solutions from new product introduction through high-volume production. The role focuses on ATE test development, test hardware, production analysis, and RMA investigations.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and own production ATE test programs on the Advantest 93000 platform using SmarTest 8.
- Contribute to test hardware development for wafer sort and final test.
- Support new product introduction through high-volume production.
- Perform production data analysis and yield management.
- Investigate RMAs and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Work with fabs, OSAT subcontractors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Apply RF measurement methods and use laboratory equipment where required.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of semiconductor test and product engineering experience.
- Hands-on IC test development experience on an ATE platform.
- Programming proficiency in C/C++, Python, or a similar language.
- Understanding of semiconductor production flows, wafer sort, final test, and OSAT collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work at the bench and on the production test floor.
Se valora
- Experience testing RF or mixed-signal devices.
- Advantest 93000 and SmarTest 8 experience.
- Knowledge of RF measurement equipment and concepts.
- Experience with Java, JMP, MATLAB, or equivalent yield-analysis tools.
- Familiarity with quality and reliability methods such as SPC and 8D analysis.
