Join a modem firmware team developing timing-critical, real-time control, scheduling, and coordination logic for 5G NR platforms. The role covers feature implementation, hardware and system integration, debugging, bring-up, and commercialization of new modem platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement firmware for 5G NR modems, including control flows, scheduling, and state machines
- Implement features based on 5G NR, LTE, and multi-RAT 3GPP specifications
- Collaborate with modem systems, virtual firmware, PHY, and hardware teams on end-to-end solutions
- Debug complex issues involving firmware, hardware, and system interactions
- Support bring-up, integration, and commercialization of new modem platforms
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem solving
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong C programming skills
- At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience; 4–6 years in embedded systems or firmware development is preferred
- Understanding of real-time systems, interrupts, concurrency, and low-level control logic
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Se valora
- Experience with 5G NR or LTE cellular modem technologies
- Familiarity with system firmware, schedulers, or control-plane logic
- Exposure to 3GPP specifications
- Experience with registers, interrupts, DMA, and timers
- Knowledge of firmware optimization for performance, latency, or power efficiency
