Join an R&D team developing robotic hive systems and help transition complex electromechanical products from development through mass production. The role is highly hands-on and involves collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
Responsabilidades
- Integrate embedded boards, motion, communications, and power electronics into robotic machines.
- Debug and troubleshoot analog and digital boards at component and system levels.
- Design, document, and support cable harnesses for production.
- Lead design transfer to manufacturing, including bills of materials and technical documentation.
- Design and build test setups, fixtures, and validation tools for development and production.
- Support existing board designs and new product revisions.
- Work with subcontractors, manufacturers, and assembly partners.
- Investigate production and field failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, QA, NPI, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Requisitos
- Electronics Practical Engineer diploma or equivalent certified electronics qualification.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in practical electronics engineering roles.
- Strong experience debugging and proving analog and digital circuits at component and system levels.
- Experience integrating electronics into complex multidisciplinary systems.
- Experience designing production cable harnesses, including schematics, pinouts, routing, and labeling.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, Design for Manufacturability, and Design for Testability.
- Ability to read and modify electrical schematics and layouts.
- Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills.
