Join a global wireless connectivity provider to integrate, validate, and troubleshoot radio communication products across hardware, software, RF, FPGA, and power domains. The role combines laboratory, office, and occasional customer-site work with global engineering and support teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead integration activities for new radio platforms, products, and features
- Develop and execute system-level integration and test plans across RF, baseband, FPGA, software, and power domains
- Perform system bring-up, validation, and debugging of wireless communication products
- Coordinate with R&D, system engineering, verification and validation, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product readiness activities
- Support field integration, customer-site validation, and troubleshooting when required
- Interface with customers and partners to resolve system-level issues
- Improve integration methods, tools, and workflows
- Track and report integration progress, risks, and KPIs
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience integrating radio-based products
- Strong knowledge of RF concepts, modulation, wireless protocols, and link budget analysis
- Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, or similar laboratory equipment
- Familiarity with embedded systems, FPGA, modem architecture, and hardware–software interaction
- Experience with Python or MATLAB automation and scripting
- Ability to perform cross-domain root-cause analysis
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Se valora
- Experience with microwave, mmWave, cellular, satellite, or wireless backhaul systems
- Knowledge of IP networking, PTP, SyncE, and traffic testing tools such as IXIA or Spirent
- Familiarity with FCC and ETSI regulatory standards
