Join an electric vehicle powertrain team developing high-performance analog and power electronics systems from initial concept through mass production.
Responsabilidades
- Research and develop analog and power electronics solutions from concept, circuit design, prototyping, and testing through mass production.
- Design and simulate electronic hardware.
- Develop and validate signal-sensing and signal-processing circuits, high-voltage boards, and high-power converter boards.
- Create schematics, size components, and perform theoretical worst-case and component-stress analyses.
- Create test procedures to verify hardware designs.
- Prepare electronic designs for automotive and safety qualification processes.
- Produce design specifications, schematics, test records, bills of materials, datasheets, and application notes.
Requisitos
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in hardware development engineering.
- Experience developing analog electronics and high-power conversion systems.
- Knowledge of analog, power conversion, and high-voltage electronics.
- Experience with ORCAD tools, including Capture and Allegro.
- Experience simulating electrical circuits with SPICE, LTspice, or PSIM.
- Ability to collaborate with layout engineers and define constraints for high-density mixed-signal and high-power boards.
Se valora
- Experience with electromagnetic field simulation tools.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience writing and presenting specifications, test documentation, and development verification materials.
- Knowledge of validation against UL, CSA, IEC, IEEE, EU, and EN standards.
