Lead a team developing front-end VLSI products, including AI processors, DSPs, and hardware accelerators for edge devices. Own the design lifecycle from architecture through validation and release while driving performance, power, area, and quality targets.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage a team of front-end VLSI design engineers.
- Own the team’s development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, validation, and release.
- Lead development of VLSI IP for AI processors, DSPs, and hardware accelerators.
- Advance VLSI design methodologies, procedures, sign-off practices, and AI tool adoption.
- Drive performance, power, area, and quality objectives.
- Support system bring-up, debugging, and customer-facing activities when required.
- Collaborate with architecture, hardware simulation, software, and other hardware teams.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog and front-end VLSI design.
- At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience coordinating interfaces with multiple internal groups.
- Strong understanding of hardware/software interaction and system architecture.
- Broad knowledge of VLSI development, including design, verification, CAD, emulation, and backend-facing activities.
- Hands-on technical leadership and experience delivering complex products to production-ready quality.
Se valora
- Successful tape-out experience from architecture through production.
- Experience with VLSI validation, CAD automation, backend closure, or related development activities.
- Familiarity with AI, neural network, or generative AI workloads.
- Experience collaborating with software, hardware simulation, and architecture teams.
- M.Sc. or higher degree in a relevant field.
