Tech Lead – GIS and Full-Stack Development

Lead a small development team while remaining hands-on with full-stack engineering, GIS architecture, geospatial databases, and infrastructure for municipal and operational projects. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kiryat Ata.
Responsabilidades
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for a small development team
- Plan and conduct code reviews and establish software quality standards
- Define application architecture and prepare technical design documents
- Manage and optimize GeoServer instances and spatial databases
- Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and development environments
- Translate client needs into technical specifications
Requisitos
- At least four years of experience as a team lead or senior developer with leadership responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with open-source GIS, including mandatory GeoServer and PostGIS experience
- Proficiency with OpenLayers and experience with React
- Understanding of Linux or Windows server administration and Docker infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
- High-level English proficiency
