Lead and develop a small technology team while contributing hands-on to frontend and backend systems, platform architecture, and infrastructure. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and support team members’ technical and professional growth
- Own day-to-day technical direction, priorities, and execution
- Develop frontend and backend systems and maintain platform infrastructure
- Guide architecture and implementation decisions, including design reviews
- Review code and uphold quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards
- Translate business and operational needs into technical solutions with other teams
- Troubleshoot platform, user experience, performance, and infrastructure issues
- Improve development processes, infrastructure, and technical practices
- Own projects from requirements and planning through implementation and delivery
- Define and execute the technical roadmap with leadership; identify opportunities for AI and automation
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers; candidates without prior team lead experience may be considered
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Python, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS, including ECS, EC2, CodePipeline, RDS, S3, and ALB
- Experience with Redux, Next.js, NestJS, SQS, and WebSockets
- Ability to contribute hands-on to frontend and backend development
- Fluent Hebrew and English
