Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer and SQL Server Specialist

Take end-to-end technical ownership of a business-critical back-office product. Develop and maintain .NET applications, manage SQL Server and DBA responsibilities, and lead migration toward a modern React and .NET architecture.
Responsabilidades
- Own the back-office product from requirements and design through development, deployment, and production support
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the existing .NET application
- Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
- Manage database performance through indexing, execution-plan analysis, query optimization, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Perform DBA responsibilities and maintain the SQL Server environment
- Lead modernization and gradual migration to a React and .NET web architecture
- Design and develop APIs and backend services
- Improve architecture, code quality, performance, stability, maintainability, and scalability
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Use AI-assisted development tools for development, refactoring, testing, documentation, and analysis
- Collaborate with development, implementation, support, and product teams
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of hands-on .NET software development experience
- Strong experience developing and maintaining complex business applications
- Extensive hands-on Microsoft SQL Server experience
- Advanced T-SQL knowledge, including stored procedures, functions, views, and complex queries
- Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization
- Experience analyzing execution plans and resolving database performance issues
- Practical SQL Server administration and DBA experience
- Experience developing REST APIs and web applications
- Knowledge of React and modern frontend development
- Experience with modern application architecture and legacy application migration
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to independently own work from problem identification through production deployment
