Responsabilidades
- Own the full development lifecycle from architecture through deployment
- Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
- Optimize backend infrastructure for low latency, high availability, and reliability
- Provide technical mentorship and participate in code reviews
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features in an Agile environment
- Identify and resolve production performance bottlenecks and bugs
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of server-side development experience
- Strong Node.js experience preferred
- Front-end development experience with React or a similar framework
- Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with production-scale PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases, including performance tuning
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services, Serverless, Kubernetes, or Docker
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and service architecture
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and Agile methodologies
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical solutions effectively
