Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop product features.
- Build scalable web applications with a strong focus on user experience.
- Create reusable front-end abstractions and systems.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services.
- Design, implement, and monitor software architecture.
- Contribute to decisions about exposing AI and MCP capabilities across microservices.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Adopt AI-powered development tools, CI/CD automation, observability, and modern engineering practices.
Requisitos
- 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer is required.
- Experience owning product features end to end, from architecture through deployment and maintenance.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as Ember.js, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach to engineering work.
