Build and own scalable, customer-facing behavioral health software in a multidisciplinary engineering team. Lead solutions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring while collaborating with product, data, and compliance stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, maintainable production systems.
- Own the full development lifecycle from ideation and architecture through CI/CD deployment and live monitoring.
- Build frontend and backend product capabilities with a strong focus on user experience and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor colleagues, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with research and development, product, data, and compliance teams to translate clinical and business needs into technical solutions.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Deep frontend expertise with React patterns, state management, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or an equivalent language and Python or an equivalent language.
- Experience with cloud-native, event-driven architectures and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Strong system design skills, including experience meeting real-time service-level requirements.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, concurrency, and performance trade-offs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
