Responsabilidades
- Design and build scalable backend services with NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and/or Python
- Own API design, contracts, and versioning across services
- Design and optimize data models, database schemas, and queries
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API integrations
- Build data-fetching layers, caching strategies, queues, jobs, and event-driven processing
- Lead backend technical decisions, architecture, and code quality standards
- Improve scalability, fault tolerance, observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and reliability
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and backend deployment practices
- Collaborate on React and TypeScript frontend applications and API contracts
- Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions with product and design teams
- Conduct code reviews and lead architectural discussions
- Use AI coding tools critically in daily development and improve team workflows through AI tooling and automation
Requisitos
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong backend focus
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS; Python or an equivalent backend framework is also acceptable
- Solid working proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS
- Experience designing scalable backend architectures and data models
- Strong understanding of API design, authentication flows, distributed systems, performance, reliability, and security
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and query optimization
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with observability tools
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools and validating, debugging, and improving generated code
- Understanding of prompt engineering for engineering workflows
- Strong product and technical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
