Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable service systems and digital platforms
- Solve complex architectural and engineering challenges
- Maintain system architecture, performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack
- Own the software development lifecycle from planning and design through deployment
- Write clean, documented, efficient, maintainable, and testable code
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Contribute to technical discussions and team direction
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous learning
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend development experience
- Proficiency with React
- Experience building backend services with Node.js, Kotlin, or Java
- Hands-on experience with microservices and Kubernetes-based containerized environments
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Experience in high-scale, production-grade environments
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
