Responsabilidades
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications across the stack
- Own features from technical design through implementation, testing, and production deployment
- Improve system architecture, performance, and reliability in a high-traffic environment
- Work with large-scale databases and caching solutions
- Conduct code reviews and support engineering best practices
- Identify opportunities to use AI across products, engineering workflows, and development efficiency
- Experiment with and implement AI-powered solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
- Strong full-stack development experience with Node.js, React, and Go
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience with caching solutions such as Redis or Memcached
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Ability and willingness to explore AI technologies and apply them to practical challenges
