Lead a development team building web-based training management and instructor-station software for complex simulation systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a software development team responsible for training management and instructor-station systems.
- Set technical direction and contribute hands-on development in a web-based microservices and cloud environment.
- Help shape simulation software products used for technical and tactical training.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a software development team.
- Significant backend development experience with .NET, preferably .NET Core, .NET 7, or .NET 8.
- Significant frontend development experience with React.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of security mechanisms in distributed systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and fast-learning abilities.
