Requisitos
- At least 6 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience building and scaling complex web applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Proficiency with React and Node.js or similar backend technologies.
- Strong architectural thinking and experience designing scalable, maintainable systems.
- Experience leading projects, making technical decisions, and mentoring engineers.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code.
