Lead hands-on development of enterprise AI products across the full technology stack. The role combines application engineering, architecture, technical planning, mentoring, and collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Responsabilidades
- Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications
- Design and optimize schemas for traditional and vector databases
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical planning
- Maintain code quality through testing and engineering best practices
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews, one-to-ones, and knowledge sharing
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications with Product and Design teams
- Reduce technical debt and lead proactive refactoring
- Define coding standards, pull-request review processes, and documentation practices
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
- At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or technical lead
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization
