Lead the technical direction and delivery of full-stack software products while remaining hands-on with architecture, development, engineering standards, and client collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Own the technical design and end-to-end architecture of full-stack applications.
- Lead a team of engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and delivery-quality improvements.
- Write production JavaScript and TypeScript across React and Node.js.
- Drive AI-assisted development practices across the engineering team.
- Translate client and stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain standards for testing, CI/CD, code quality, and delivery discipline.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including senior-level work.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical or team lead.
- At least 1 year of experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Expertise with full-stack tooling and frameworks, including Vite, TanStack, Redux, or Zustand.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI-first development.
- Proficiency with Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Professional-level English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks.
- Fluency in API design and documentation tools such as Swagger, SwaggerHub, or IBM API Connect.
- Experience working in large organizations, including banking or financial services.
