Lead a small engineering team delivering client software products across web and other technology environments. Set technical direction, remain hands-on, and promote AI-assisted development practices.
Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end technical design and architecture of full-stack applications.
- Lead engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and delivery-quality improvements.
- Write production JavaScript and TypeScript across React and Node.js.
- Drive AI-first development practices across the team.
- Translate client and stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, code quality, and delivery discipline.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including senior-level work.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical lead or team lead.
- At least 1 year of experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong command of full-stack build tools and frameworks or libraries such as Vite, TanStack, Redux, and Zustand.
- Hands-on experience with AI-first software development.
- Professional-level English.
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
