Build AI-powered editorial agents and product experiences that help users turn audio, video and text recordings into polished, ready-to-publish content.
Responsabilidades
- Build and own agent-powered features across the stack.
- Develop agents that use audio, video and text context to create and edit content.
- Create user experiences for content generation, platform insights and editing workflows.
- Partner with Product to clarify goals and shape solutions.
- Coordinate across product areas and stakeholders, manage dependencies and surface blockers.
- Use AI tools to design, build and debug while critically reviewing their output.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills.
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React.
- Hands-on experience with AI architectures and agent frameworks such as Mastra or similar.
- Able to prioritize across changing work, communicate proactively, and make decisions amid ambiguity.
