Build and operate a platform for AI-powered commerce. Develop agent capabilities, brand integrations, backend services, and customer-facing and internal React experiences. The role is hybrid, with four days per week in the office in Ramat Gan.
Responsabilidades
- Scope, design, implement, test, deploy, and iterate on product features using conversation data.
- Build agent capabilities such as tool calling, memory, guardrails, and human handoff; measure performance with per-brand evaluation suites.
- Connect brands to AI platforms and commerce protocols, including MCP servers, ChatGPT apps, Claude connectors, ACP, and UCP.
- Develop TypeScript and Node.js backend services and integrations for brand websites, APIs, inventory, pricing, and checkout.
- Build React and TypeScript experiences, including the on-site agent and back-office platform.
- Improve CI/CD, testing standards, observability, and conversation analytics.
- Use AI coding tools and contribute through code reviews and documentation.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills, including production experience with Node.js and React.
- Production experience building LLM agents or conversational AI, including tool calling, orchestration, and prompt and context design.
- Solid backend fundamentals, including API design, data modeling, and performance.
- Ability to own and deliver features independently from start to finish.
- High engineering standards, including automated testing, thoughtful code reviews, and maintainable code.
Se valora
- Experience with agent frameworks, RAG, or knowledge-base pipelines.
- Experience building MCP servers or ChatGPT and Claude apps, or familiarity with agentic commerce protocols.
- Experience with LLM evaluations, guardrails, or PII handling.
- Familiarity with Postgres or Supabase, GCP Cloud Run, Terraform, infrastructure-as-code, product analytics, or observability tools.
- Some Python experience.
- Startup or founding-engineer experience, especially building products from 0 to 1.
